This new scoop options marshmallow flavored and cocoa ice lotions full of mini marshmallows and is scrumptious in our recipes for a Winter Whoopie Pie or Cup of Cocoa™ Mug Cake.
Winter Whoopie Pie
Components: Makes 12 ice cream sandwiches.
For the Whoopie Pie Cookies:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup complete milk
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
Served with:
- 1 Common Contemporary Pack of Baskin-Robbins Cup of Cocoa™
Provides & Gear:
- Normal 9×13” baking tray
- Parchment paper
- Small mixing bowls
- Normal teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups
- Whisk
- Rubber spatula
- Hand or stand mixer with paddle attachment
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 levels Fahrenheit.
- Line 9×13 baking tray with parchment paper.

Provides & Gear:
- Microwave-safe mug
- Spoon
- Normal tablespoons and teaspoons
Directions:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
- Stir to mix.
- To the mixed combination within the mug, add milk and vanilla extract.
- Stir till the combination is uniform.
- Microwave on excessive for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let cool for 1 minute.
