Cookie recipe used within the assessments:
175g (6.17 ounces) (1 cup) brown sugar
165g (5.82 ounces) (165g (5.82 ounces)) white sugar
150g (5.29 ounces) butter
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 egg
225g (7.94 ounces) (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
400g (14.11 ounces) chocolate chips (usually for cookies I’d use chopped chocolate however contemplating what number of batches I needed to make right now I went with chocolate chips).
Preheat the oven to 160C (320 levels Fahrenheit)
Place the sugars, butter and vanilla in a bowl and beat till pale and creamy. Add the egg and blend properly to mix. Add the flour, salt and baking powder dry and blend till simply mixed. Lastly add the chocolate chips.
